Incorrect Address Information
If Australia Post returns your parcel due to any of the following reasons:
- an incorrect delivery address
- incomplete address details
- failure to collect the parcel
- customer error
the complimentary shipping offer becomes void.
To resend your parcel:
- the customer must pay the full postage cost
- a secure payment invoice will be issued
- we will re-dispatch the parcel after we receive your payment.
